Received the produced 3 days after ordering. It comes shipped in two boxes, got them delivered separately over two days, was very easy to put together. The cushions come vacuum sealed and expand over time. It is pretty firm after they all expand but is comfortable. Good quality for the price. The color is as pictured and ended up matching my loveseat almost perfectly. So far it seems pretty sturdy. Perfect for a small apartment

After years of second hand furniture, we decided to purchase this modestly priced ottoman sofa off Amazon. The company Best Choice Products had good reviews for this product. This arrived in two shipments via FedEx (be advised that the app shows fully delivered after the first shipment). The boxes were wrapped efficiently and no damage to the sofa. The instructions were simple and minimal effort to put together. The sofa looks nice but is similar to what you'd find in a hotel or motel. The cushions did come sealed and took a day to fluff. The sofa is firm and moderately comfortable. The overall consensus is not too bad for an inexpensive sofa. The pictures are the finished sofa with decor complete with little doggie to model.

Super fast delivery, arrived in 2 days. Comes in 2 boxes. I opened both boxes the day they arrived. The seat cushions and back cushions are vacuumed sealed. My advice is to take the cushions out of the vacuum sealed bags a few days prior to actually putting the couch together this gives them time to expand to their fullest. I really like the choice of placing the cushions to have the footstool connected to the couch or completely separate. The thickness of the cushions is perfect. The stitching is beautiful. The sturdiness height and comfort is beyond my expectations. If you’re on the fence about this purchase buy it!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this couch! the size is perfect for my smaller living room and the quality is excellent. the cushions do take some time to fully fluff, and the arms are stiff so I recommend having throw pillows, but it was very easy to put together and looks great!
