I moved my rating up 2 starts for this company's customer service. They do read the reviews left on here and I will say there customer service is a 5 star. These are awesome lights! Great for retro fitting

The electrician found them easy to install. Three different colour options were great. We wanted a warm look and picked the 3000k setting. It's not too yellow and looks great. Got it while on sale, so it was great value.

So far so good,

I bought 2 boxes of 16 lights on Dec 31st 2022 and only installed them in May 2024. Of all 36 lights there was 1 defective light, all the others work well and are super bright.I also like the option to choose the level of brightness. After sending the supplier a message from the Amazon platform, they replied the same day asking for shipping info and shipped a new light the same day. I'm expecting the light in 2 days. Very impressed and the cost is 50% cheaper than the cheapest comparable light at HD.
